Following graduation, she began her career in Houston, Texas, working as a design assistant for interior designer Bailey McCarthy of Biscuit Home, where she developed a strong foundation in layering textiles, color, and decorative elements.

In 2014, Maddie relocated to Dallas and established her own interior design firm. Since then, she has built a distinguished portfolio and loyal clientele, recognized for her refined, classically inspired aesthetic and a thoughtful emphasis on function, comfort, and each client’s personal style.
